---+ Can I Sell My DIY Carriers? DIY Carriers are exactly that: Do It Yourself (For Yourself.) The babywearing industry has many regulations in place to keep mamas safe, meaning that carriers sold in the US must be tested and labeled very specifically. If you sold a DIY carrier and anything happened (even if it was due to a user error by the buyer) you would personally be held responsible. While DIY swaps are still very common and woven wraps have less regulations on them than most carriers, it is still in your best interest to never sell a carrier you made unless you fully understand what it means to be legally CPSIA & ASTM compliant and carry the appropriate insurance.
